At AACreativity.in, your satisfaction is our top priority. This policy outlines the conditions under which returns, refunds, and cancellations are accepted. By placing an order on our website, you agree to the following terms:
1. Return Policy
1.1 Eligibility for Return
Initiate return within 3 days of delivery.
Product must be unused, undamaged, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags.
For damage or wrong product claims, an unboxing video is mandatory.
1.2 Non-Returnable Items
Customized/personalized resin art
Items damaged after delivery
Earrings or hygiene-sensitive jewellery
Products marked “non-returnable” on product page
1.3 Return Procedure
Contact our support team via email or WhatsApp with order details and return reason.
We will arrange pickup wherever possible. Otherwise, customer may be required to self-ship.
2. Refund Policy
2.1 Refund Processing
Processed within 5–7 working days after inspection.
Refund to original payment method (for prepaid orders).
COD orders refunded via bank transfer or UPI.
2.2 Partial Refunds
Returned item is used, incomplete, or damaged.
Original packaging or accessories missing.
Return initiated after the 3-day window.
2.3 Non-Refundable Situations
Used or tampered items
Missing packaging/accessories
Returns without valid documentation
3. Cancellation Policy
3.1 Customer Cancellations
Allowed before dispatch by contacting our support.
Post-shipment orders cannot be cancelled.
3.2 AACreativity-Initiated Cancellations
Out-of-stock, payment failure, listing errors, or suspected fraud.
Full refund issued if payment was completed.
4. Return Shipping Charges
If AACreativity’s fault → we bear cost.
If customer reason (change of mind/size issues) → customer bears or cost is deducted from refund.
