1. Shipping Coverage

• We deliver across India, including major cities, towns, and remote pin codes via trusted courier partners.

• International shipping is not available currently.

2. Dispatch Timelines

• All orders are typically dispatched within 1–2 working days from order confirmation.

• Customized products may take 1–3 additional working days based on design complexity.

• Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed on the next working day.

3. Delivery Timelines

• Chennai & Tamil Nadu: 1–3 working days

• Metro Cities (e.g., Bangalore, Mumbai, Delhi): 3–5 working days

• Other Regions (PAN India): 5–7 working days

Please note: Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances like strikes, weather delays, or festive rush.

4. Shipping Charges

• Free shipping is available on prepaid orders above a minimum purchase value (as displayed on the website).

• COD orders may include an additional COD handling fee (visible during checkout).

• In rare cases where courier services are unavailable, we may request self-pickup or cancellation with full refund.

5. Order Tracking

• Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email/WhatsApp.

• You can use this link to monitor delivery status in real time.

• If the tracking link does not update within 24 hours of dispatch, feel free to contact our support team.

6. Damaged or Delayed Deliveries

• In case you receive a damaged, tampered, or incorrect package, please notify us within 24 hours with a clear unboxing video for verification.

• Delays beyond our control (logistics partner issues, remote area constraints) will be communicated promptly.

7. Undeliverable Orders

• If a delivery attempt fails multiple times due to customer unavailability or incorrect address, the parcel may be returned to us.

• Reshipping in such cases will require payment of additional shipping charges.
